Delivery and Support Process
This page explains how ChiptuningFilesX handles ECU tuning file orders, quote requests and workshop support without making unrealistic instant-delivery promises for jobs that require technical review.
1. Search or request
Use the shop, brand pages or file hub for ready listings. If the match is uncertain, use the quote page or Priority ECU File Check.
2. Provide technical data
During checkout, enter vehicle details, ECU/TCU software number, read tool, service goal and urgency. These fields reduce back-and-forth and help support review the job faster.
3. Upload only when needed
If support requests an original read or diagnostic file, use the secure upload page. Files are stored in a private folder and are not exposed as public media.
4. Review and support
Keep the original ECU/TCU read and recovery plan before flashing. For workshop work, use credit packs and priority products to make repeated jobs easier to manage.
